MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES (Mali Architectural Designs & Drafting Consultants), is a registered and privately established design consultancy firm registered as an entity under the Investment Promotion Authority (IPA) on the 17th of June 2015. Early this year June 2021 the entity took a milestone step by incorporating MADD CONSULTANTS from a business name to a company thereby the entity’s new face is now trading as “MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED.” Its aim is providing building design solutions and engaging in building projects. The Entity is envisioned at capturing opportunities available in the construction. industry from various scale projects from small to medium projects to large scale projects.

With our operational history over the last six (6) years MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES has ventured into producing architectural design services to various business houses as well as private clients including institutional bodies. MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES has also ventured into Design and Build projects in medium scale operations. (Refer Brief portfolio) As part of our commitment to maintaining and delivering high quality building standards satisfactory to our clients’ expectations MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES offers end-to-end services from Design and Documentation and Front-End-Engineering and Design (FEED) all the way Project Management to meet our client’s specific expectations.

The Entity comprises of three (3) strategic players that form the core team of the company. The four (03) Team Members ‘comprises of two (2) Architects and one (1) Building Engineer who is also a qualified cost planner. The 3 key player’s form the management and leadership role in the undertaking of projects and is. backed up by a Team of draftsmen, engineers and consultants to meet the requirements of any given scale project.

Our three (03) Team Members bring together a combined industry experience of 44 years to take on any project from small-scale to medium scale to large-scale. projects.
