On the 09th of March 2022, International Education Agency (IEA) established a formal contact agreement with
with MADD Consultants & Associates Ltd for a new design of an ablution block facility in one of its
institutions in Madang town, Madang Province. Scope of works called for the site investigation of the
existing ablution block facility, with recommendations and a proposed new design.
