MADD CONSULTANTS has been a core design consultant to the design team of SOR Limited
involved in almost all the existing retrofit design works and to new site layouts and orientations.
The tasks involved has been to carry out due diligence to the “TOTAL standard Canopy” designs
to ensure local compliance are met. Physical site conditions and orientations are certainly a
task our design team observe very closely when approaching a new site. The existing services
that needed to be identified in order to tapped into or feed off from is certainly a task that is
part of site investigations. Identifying such existing services provides a good reference point
during site overlay and site orientations.
