MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES is directly under the Directorship of three
individuals, (Winter T. Robert) who is the Managing Director and two Associates Directors (Kalis Niua Itinge & David Jnr. Midi).

Other team members who form part of our professional key personnel share a common goal, hence have an allied association with MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES. This gives a sense of ownership which further strengthens a healthy team MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES Pride itself upon.

Management

Mr. Winter T. Robert is a young Architect who has over a decade worked in the industry in various Architectural firms prior to establishing MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED Design Scope Architects Ltd one of the pioneer Architectural firm in PNG now base in Lae, was one of the firms he started his career with as a fresh graduate in 2010 soon after passing out from PNG University of Technology (PNGUOT) school of architecture with a Bachelors Degree. Winter was later given the opportunity to be part of Pacific Architects Consortium PNG Ltd’s team of architects. A reputable Architectural company in the country as well as within the Pacific region since the early 1980s up until today. Prior to being admitted by the PNG Board of Architects as a certified Architect with a Practicing license, Winter was attached to Pro-Designers Architects group – PNG Branch. Another reputable firm within the Pacific Region having its main office in Auckland – New Zealand, with other branches spreading out through Fiji, Honiara, Port Moresby and East Timor. As an Architect, he has been seasoned by the Construction Industry having worked on various projects from institutional, commercial, industrial and residential development projects. Winter also worked in a development space as an Architect and Project Manager with Digicel PNG Foundation rolling out community Development Projects in some of the most rural remote communities throughout the country(PNG) before fully focusing on running MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED full time. Mr. Winter T. Robert believes in team work and commitment, with the current Team and the set of key Guiding Principles and Objectives the entity is founded upon, it is therefore envision as a way forward for MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED progression to greater success.

Project Team

Mr. Midi is a graduate from the PNG University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building (now Construction Management). He holds a vast industry experience spanning a period of 12 years having held respectable management and leadership roles in construction management, contract administration, project management and more recently General Management – Business Strategic Operations with wide experience from both the private and public sectors. Apart from the management roles he is involved, Mr. Midi is a Quantity Surveyor and Cost planner by profession having worked on a number of multi-million-kina projects over the years with key strategic roles in the costs planning and cost management of these projects in particular. Mr. Midi is an all-round professional; a Team Player and Mentor with a strong work culture, great industry leadership traits, a strong believer in family and Team Work with a colorful industry career that is well respected by the industry. Mr. Midi brings this combined experience and capability to the quality and work he delivers with the key focus of adding value and outcome-satisfaction based on hard work, passion and win-win with industry partners and clients. His association as a Director to MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED adds strategic prominence and capability to our team in terms of Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering and Cost Planning for our project team and business development planning to the overall organization.

Gaona is a young and recent graduate from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology (PNGUOT), who received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in 2022. As a new graduate, he seeks to expand his knowledge on the various attributes and aspects that are involved in architectural design, documentation and construction in the real-world practice. He has chosen to begin his professional career with MADD and is now a Project Architect of the company. Gaona has self-thought knowledge of some of the latest soft-wares that contribute to complex designs for the contemporary and post-modern era of architecture. These soft-wares include; Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro. In addition to his knowledge of the latest architectural and architectural visualization soft-wares, Gaona is a man of virtue who dedicates his time towards whatever tasks he has been tasked with. As a student and recent Graduate of Architecture, Gaona is a member of the PNG Institute of Architects and resides in Port Moresby. As a young and all-round designer, he brings with him a fresh set of ideas that contribute towards the designs of the Team.

Livia Wrakonei is a graduate architect who holds a first degree from the School of Architecture-Papua New Guinea University of Technology (PNGUOT). As a graduate architect her experience has been working for a number of companies and organisations for the last eight (08) years. She worked her way up from being an Estimator with Niugini Builders Ltd Lae, to Project coordinator for Pantreid Pacific and later joined Australian based - Rhodes PNG Ltd and was employed as the Architect Assistant to the managing Architect. In 2016 she was engaged as a Graduate Architect with PNG Ports Corporation Ltd until 2018 she decided to leave the private sector and be part of the public sector. More specifically, a lieutenant officer role in the PNG military attached to the Engineers Directorate – Murray Barracks PNG Defence Force Head Quarters at the National Capital District, Port Moresby. Livia Wrakonei brings to MADD CONSULTANTS & ASSOCIATES LIMITED the bonus of a military background as an integral team player.
